Vision: Coloring the world GOLD so every child, everywhere survives cancer.
Mission: To grow awareness, inspire action, and fund research for childhood cancer.
Gold In September (G9) is a childhood cancer non-profit dedicated to increasing funding for pediatric cancer research. G9 funds Early Phase Trials, Uniting Precision Medicine, Precision Awareness, and Precision Funding. The concept for Gold In September (G9) was created by Annie Bartosz, only 11-years-old at the time, who saw the nation turn pink in October for Breast Cancer, and became determined to turn the world GOLD IN SEPTEMBER for kids battling cancer. Gold is the national color for pediatric cancer and September is the recognized National Childhood Cancer Awareness month; together they make G9.
Childhood cancer is an urgent health crisis, even for those who are surviving. Through global research, strategic partners, and an altruistic and innovative approach, G9 is Transforming the Story of Childhood Cancer.
